Calling In vs. Calling Out: A Non-Violent Communication Strategy
This professional development workshop is focused on Calling In, a non-violent, assertive communication strategy used for the purposes of conflict resolution. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of the strategy, and have the skills necessary to utilize Calling In as a tool immediately after.
The Blue Ocean Strategy
This professional development workshop is designed to explain, explore, and demonstrate Blue Ocean strategy (creating and capturing uncontested market space) from a youth engagement perspective.
Youth Engagement Marketplace Analysis
An optional continuation of the Blue Ocean Strategy workshop, this workbook was created as a consultation tool for researching other youth engagement organizations that operate in the same market as the user. The workbook will enable the user to deepen their awareness around market share, differentiation, and customer needs & preferences that exist in that shared market.
All Things Possible
All Things Possible has been developed, in collaboration with Murphy's H.O.P.E. with a focus on SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) instruction and its accessibility to young people. The program will provide opportunities for youth to grow their social-emotional skills through education, dialogue, and interactive exercises specifically designed to encourage dialectical thinking capabilities.
